- Unavailability to Receive: If the customer is unavailable to receive the shipment at the provided address, despite multiple attempts to deliver.
- Missed Delivery Attempts: If the package remains undelivered after three (3) attempts by the shipping carrier.
In such cases, we will not process any order cancellations or refunds, as the responsibility of providing accurate delivery information lies with the customer.
