Dainty Daisy does not accept return of the items or process refunds after the order has been accepted, except in case the item has been received in damaged condition. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for replacement for products purchased from our website, www.daintydaisy.in (hereafter referred to as “Website”).
1. Eligibility for Replacement
- Damaged or Defective Items: To be eligible for a replacement the item must have been received in a damaged or defective condition. Upon delivery, if you notice any visible damage to the product or its packaging, please report it to us within 24 Hrs. of delivery.
- Unused and Unworn Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Any signs of use, such as wear and tear, stains, or alterations to the product, will make the item ineligible for replacement.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any branded boxes, tags, labels, or protective covers that came with the product. This ensures that the product is properly protected during the replacement process and maintains its resale value. Failure to return the item with all original packaging may result in refusal of the replacement.
- Replacement Window: You must contact Dainty Daisy and provide the photographs within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
2. Replacement Process
To initiate a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at daintydaisydigital@gmail.com or call us at +91- 8448828667 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide photographs of damaged article(s), your order number, item details, and the reason for the replacement.
- Replacement Authorization: Our customer support team will guide you through the replacement process and provide you with a replacement authorization (RA) number.
- In case the product is not available or discontinued then we offer product exchange of same value or higher.
3. Discontinued Items / Sale / Gift Items
Discontinued products, products bought as gift by using gift cards and products purchased during sale period are not eligible for replacement or exchange.
4. Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted. In any such case, please contact us within 24Hrs. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a replacement, and you will need to follow our replacement policy.
