These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with Dainty Daisy website and mobile application (the “Service”) operated by the Sole Proprietorship (“Dainty Daisy”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

3.3 Colour Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Service. However, we cannot guarantee that the display of any colour on every device/screen will be accurate.
4. Orders and Payments
4.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in product or pricing information, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies.
4.2 Amendment of Order: Orders once received by Dainty Daisy cannot be amended or cancelled.
4.3 Pricing: Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4.4 Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including certain UPI, netbanking and credit/debit cards. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) provided.
4.5 Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our Service. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Policy: We will make every effort to deliver your order promptly with 10 business days from the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on shipping method, destination, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.
5.2 Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. Additional charges may apply for international shipments; any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
5.3 Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, including but not limited to delays, damage, or loss, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
5.4 Wrong Information / Unavailability: If wrong or incomplete delivery address is provided or if you are unavailable to receive the items at the given address despite or the items remain undelivered for an reason whatsoever despite 3 attempts to deliver the products to you, Dainty Daisy will not entertain cancellation of the order or process any refund against the same.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy: Dainty Daisy does not accept return of the items or process refunds after the order has been accepted, except in case the item has been received is damaged condition.
6.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be received in a damaged condition, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
6.3 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our team with your order number and provide photographs of the damaged item(s). To be eligible for return you must contact Dainty Daisy and provide the photographs within 24 hours of receipt of the items. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please ensure all products are returned in original packaging along with all invoices, tags and other items, if any.
6.4 Discontinued Items / Sale / Gift Items: Discontinued products, products bought as gift by using gift cards and products purchased during sale period are not eligible for return or exchange.
6.5 Refunds: refunds are processed subject to Applicable laws only in cases where the products / items have been received in damaged condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
6.6 Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
